Isabah Packaging & Accessories Ind. (IPAI) was founded back in June, 2008. Over the last 3 years, it has become a benchmark in the auto-corrugated carton boxes making and packaging sector. IPAI has gained a reputable position in the market through its range of high quality products offered to its valuable clients. The range of products offered by IPAI is mostly acknowledged for its remarkable expertise like dimensional accuracy, strength and eco-friendliness. And industries such as consumer industries, large food chains, pharmaceutical industries, health & hygiene industries and FMCG industries usually recommend such grade of corrugated boxes all the year around.
History
At the beginning of IPAI’s operation, the capacity was limited to 35,000 units/day consisting of 3 ply, 5ply and 7ply corrugated boxes, using semi-auto and manual process. Taking into account client demands, IPAI gradually upgraded its production process by implementing auto-corrugation and fully automated packaging unit, established in 2018. As an immediate consequence, capacity had increased approximately three times than before and the journey continues.
Capacity
The current infrastructure of IPAI is fully equipped with mechanized as well as automated machineries imported from China and Taiwan, having 100,000 sq ft. of production and warehouse area. The staffs of IPAI consists of 35 management personnel and 200 skilled workers. Today’s production capacity is around 120,000 units that include 3ply, 5ply and 7ply corrugated boxes altogether.
Business Uniqueness
IPAI is strategically located at 109, Rajaghat, Rajfulbaria, Savar. With the help of its in-house transport facility (Covered Van), from 3000 to 18000 units of finished goods can be delivered to its clients’ doorsteps simultaneously. IPAI is using the highest quality paper as raw materials those are procured from reputable paper mills like Tanveer, Ananta, Padma, Bashundhara etc. FSSC-22000 and GMP compliance standards for production process and quality assurance are gradually being followed by IPAI.
